Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP)
SUP is up and rocking for 2015. It’s going to be a great year for getting out there, getting fit, learning and improving your skills, meeting some new friends and seeing the local area from a completely new angle!

Monday – Race / Distance training – 6.30pm – 8pm
£15 (basic & Premium members £7.50, Gold members go FREE)
For those of you that fancy going a bit further, learning to go a bit faster, want to become more efficent and generally get more out of your paddling. This is a great night for ticking all those boxes and more! Its also ideal for anyone wanting to take part in this years 3 Lakes Challenge!
Tuesday – General SUP tour / SUP Frisbee – 6.30pm – 8pm
£17 (Basic & Premium members £8.50, Gold members go FREE)
Open to everyone of all abilities, Its a great way to meet new people, learn new skills, get some excercise and see Poole Harbour and the local area from a very different view point. We vary the location most weeks to get a variety of scenery and play some pretty fun games too 😉
Wednesday – SUP Fitness – 6.30pm – 8pm
£15 (basic & Premium members £7.50, Gold members go FREE)
Local kite legend and Personal trainer Hamish Mac will be running his gruelling SUP fitness sessions each week to get you into shape! What better way to get that beach body you’ve dreampt of or help train in a unique and inspiring way.
Thursday – Ladies Night – 6.30pm – 8pm – £12
Every Thursday night is a night just for ladies, a time and place you can get away from the kids or the office, breath some clean fresh air and have a good old chat to your new and old friends, Whilst also getting some good old fashioned outdoor excercise and a chance to learn a fantastic new skill.
Friday – Ladies Wake Up, Work Out SUP – 9.30am – 11am
£15 (basic & Premium members £7.50, Gold members go FREE)
Due to popular request, friday mornings is now dedicated for those ladies wanting a bit more. Personal trainer Hamish Mac run a fantastic ladies SUP fitness morning to help those legs, bums and tumms tone up ready for the summer beach days, polished off with some coffie and cake to round of the mornings school run nicely. And for your kids . . .
Why not get them on the water as well. At the same time as Wake Up, Work Out, we will take your children off your hands and get them on the water too! £5 if you are on the fitness class yourself or £15 if not. 7 – 12 year olds.
Saturdays:
Youth mornings:
Every Saturday morning from 9.30 – 12.30 we will be running our youth activity sessions. Open to all from ages 12 – 18, we will teach them power kiting when its windy and Stand Up Paddleboarding when its calm. Sessions will cost £30 or £150 if you book a 6 week block.
SUP Yoga:
The very bendy Zoe Lee will be running a SUP Yoga class every Saturday morning when the weathers nice. This is aimed at everyone of all abilities so don’t be put off by the name if you’ve never done anything like it before. We will also do many extra dventure tours, day trips and even weekends away.
Sunday SUP – General SUP tour – 10am – 12

Our weekly Sunday SUP is extremely popular and great fun. Its open to everyone of all abilities and is a great way to meet new people, learn new skills, get some excercise and see Poole Harbour and the local area from a very different view point. We can also customize courses around you. If you have a group keen to paddleboard, be it Hen and Stag do’s, Birthdays, School groups, Brownies, Scouts or simply just a group of family and friends, We can make it happen!
5 or more people = £20 pp
4 or less = £45 for 1 person, then £20 for each extra person
