SUP is up and rocking for 2013. We have loads of plans for 2013 SUPPING. It's going to be a great year for getting out there, getting fit with our new SUP fitness nights with expert PT trainer and local kitesurf legend Hamish Mac. Sup yoga will be running with the bendy and super yoga Zoe Lee, girls thursday SUP night always a hit for the ladies, and we have lots of bespoke and fun ideas and trips planned for the year.
Sunday SUP sessions are running every Sunday morning at 9.30am

Adventurre SUP, FOR 2013. We are going to cover the whole of Poole harbour during the course of 2013 in a few stages. A basic level of SUP competance and fitness is required for these. They are going to be awesome and we are really excited about seeing some areas of the Harbour other people can't reach. Get in touch and let us know if your keen for these expolritry tours.
If you have a group of 4 or more then we can arrange your own bespoke tour from beginner to adventure sessions. Board Hire £15 per hour and if you are wanting to go further its £40 per hour for the safety boat and driver.

Blue: Explorer tour – 1.5-2hours - £30
Baiter park to poole quay or up to the RNLI station – 1500-2000m
East dorset sailing club to park stone bay marina – 1800m
Baiter park to east dorset sailing club – 2000-2500m
